Learning Designer

Defining project goals.
Utilizing existing expert materials such as videos, guides, and case studies.
Evaluating and curating content effectively.
Enhancing raw content with creative and relevant elements.
Designing engaging learning experiences that captivate users and drive real impact.
Provide data-driven insights on educational technology and learning design trends.
Participate in monthly internal reflections to assess challenges and key learnings.
Serve as an advocate for lifelong learning, staying adaptable to evolving needs of learners, partners, and the organization.
Manage challenging partner discussions with clear and effective communication.
Maintain strong knowledge of the platform, education sector, regulatory standards, and user needs.
Ensure the implementation of best-practice learning design methodologies across all partner engagements.
Contribute to team initiatives and collaborative projects.
Support ongoing BPO engagements by continuously improving course content, providing technical and instructional support to end-users
Regularly liaise with BPO clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and optimize learning outcomes
Participate in internal and external stakeholder discussions, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality service consistently
Qualification
Experience with web technologies.
Proficiency in online learning platforms and educational technology.
Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
Additional skills such as copywriting, enhancing dry topics, visual design, layout optimization, and technical content adaptation are a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suited for client interactions
Passion for continuous learning (actively reading, sharing, and engaging with industry trends).
High attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
