MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Xây dựng chiến lược SEO cho các trang Webs của công ty.
Lên kế hoạch và nội dung cho trang web theo tiêu chuẩn của SEO phối hợp với các đội Content.
Tiến hành nghiên cứu từ khóa và tạo danh sách các từ khóa liên quan đến trang web;
Lập kế hoạch để tạo các Backlinks;
Nghiên cứu các yêu cầu của trang web cho việc tối ưu hóa trang;
Theo dõi lưu lượng Traffic, Backlinks và thứ hạng từ khóa của trang web;
Cập nhật, phát hiện và xử lý các thay đổi và lỗi không mong muốn có thể xảy ra trong quá trình SEO;
Nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm và phát triển các phương pháp SEO an toàn và hợp lý.
Báo cáo hàng tuần về công việc, thứ hạng từ khóa và Traffic trang web;
Liên tục cập nhật kiến thức tiên tiến nhất về SEO và sử dụng các công cụ để tăng năng suất SEO

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai và thực hiện chiến dịch SEO.
– Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã SEO về tài chính, phần mềm, trò chơi, thể thao (show web đã đạt thứ hạng trên Google, show web có traffic organic search)
– Ứng viên đã xử lý được tác vụ thủ công của Google, bản quyền DMCA,..là 1 lợi thế
– Hiểu biết HTML, CSS và JavaScript,..
– Am hiểu về: redirect 301, 302, htaccess, robots.txt, thẻ meta, tối ưu hoá tốc độ trang web và các kỹ năng liên quan.

– Có hiểu biết về các tool SEO trên thị trường hiện nay: GSA, SEO Auto Pilot, RankerX, Kontent Machine, Lar…
– Có khả năng cập nhật, áp dụng tốt các xu hướng, thuật toán SEO mới.
– Sử dụng tốt các công cụ đo lường, phân tích, thống kê như: Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz,…
– Có kiến thức về mạng xã hội: Twitter, Facebook.
– Có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng liên kết và chiến lược lan truyền (viral).
– Có kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian và lãnh đạo.

Lương: phụ thuộc vào sự thể hiện năng lực trong buổi phỏng vấn. (Rank Max 10.000 USD – Lv Manager)

Có thể off phép liên tục 06 ngày/tháng trong thời gian thử việc và 07 ngày/tháng khi là nhân viên chính thức hoặc được chọn ngày nghỉ linh hoạt theo quy định của Công ty.
Chế độ du lịch/nghỉ mát hàng năm.
Ngày off có thể về thăm gia đình bất kì lúc nào
