Account Officer

Qualifications:
-With at least 6 months of work experience as a Field Collector
-Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
-Must have excellent attention to detail
-Resourceful, organized, proactive, and systematic
-Willing to do fieldwork
-Preferably, with a motorcycle

Job & Responsibilities:
1. Confirming client’s information and payments agreement
2. Monitoring/Follow up of payments and PTP’s thru Field work
3. Be persistent in calling and contacting the clients
4. Plan course of action to recover outstanding account
5. Prepares and submits daily collection report for delinquent accounts to the RCD officer
6. Weekly and Monthly submission hard copy of collection report
7. Execute appropriate remedial and collection actions as instructed by the RCD Officer
8. Coordinating with clients, skip tracing, case filing, etc.;
9. Evaluate and report delinquent client situations and recommend suitable courses of action;
10. Ensure correct and timely liquidation of expenses against cash advances;
