Accounting Assistant
On-site, Laguna Technopark Plant

JOB PURPOSE:
To record accounting data and convert it to usable reports to determine cost, pay invoices, and obtain revenue

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Accurately reviews paper consumption, IRIS cost, and indirect material cost for a specific job before the closing date
2. Prepares complete and accurate job costing and spoilage summary
3. Prepares a detailed Gap Analysis per the closed SO Report and submits the same to the Accounting Head
4. Conducts regular physical counting and spot-checking of all inventory items, including raw materials, in-process goods, and finished goods
5. Monitors the usage of gasoline (per km/L) of all company service cars and delivery vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance & Management course.
- At least one (1) year of experience in General Accounting.
