Act as the primary point of contact for overseas operations, overseeing the execution and implementation of various project tasks that require overseas engagement.
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, to effectively prepare, proofread, and maintain Mandarin Chinese and English corpora to meet rigorous quality standards.
Exhibit a deep understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities to foster positive and productive relationships with overseas writers' teams and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with overseas teams and partners, convey project requirements, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns promptly and diplomatically.
Showcase strong project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
Display adept negotiation skills to facilitate agreements, contracts, and terms with overseas partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that support project goals and objectives.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of identifying potential challenges or obstacles in overseas operations and implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in working across different time zones, accommodating varying schedules and availability of overseas teams and partners to maintain efficient collaboration and project progress.
Possess a keen eye for detail to meticulously review and validate Mandarin Chinese and English corpora, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to predefined standards and guidelines.
Provide leadership in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment across diverse cultural settings, promoting mutual respect, understanding, and synergy among team members for enhanced productivity and morale.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the quality of Mandarin Chinese and English corpora, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall quality and usability of training data.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, milestones, and communications with overseas teams and partners, and generate regular progress reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in project execution.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to contribute insights and recommendations for enhancing corpus standards and project methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent in English (native proficiency preferred) with a strong understanding of overseas cultures. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for conducting work tasks. Preference will be given to local candidates or Chinese diasporas.
Demonstrated ability in business operations, with prior experience in connecting, managing, and expanding partnerships with female collaborators within paid social platforms, chat room platforms, or live streaming platforms.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with team members to accomplish shared objectives and deliverables.
Possess a high level of responsibility and dedication to tasks, with preference given to candidates with previous managerial experience.
