• Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from
user experience to backend code.
• Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the
services they provide.
• Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems
with a cloud first and agile mindset.
• Pickup and kick-off cards with leads to understand the task, get all the required
clarification done and propose alternative solutions.
• Assess and implement new changes in good quality and with test covered.
• Showcase and review the new changes together with team members.
• Actively work with other development and QA members to solve challenges.
• Able to provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to other team members.
• Carry out feasibility studies and impact analysis for new feature.
• Pro-actively contribute innovative ideas for improvements.
• Evaluate, select and formulate best solution for technical spike cards.
• Support production environment and attend the escalated issues if required.
• Frontend/ Full-stack Developer Core Technical Skillset: React for frontend, Java/ Java
Spring Boot full-stack developer. The developer will be part of an agile development team
that is responsible for taking functional/ technical design and perform build and testing
of the software by utilizing his/ her core technical skillset.
• What to Expect: Work in an agile development team to deliver high quality software
applications Adopt proven software engineering practices like pair programming, code
reviews, test-driven development. As a more experienced engineer, you will additionally
be expected to lead conversations on solutioning and systems design, establish best
practices and mentor other engineers in the team.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for developing and/or

Must Have Skills
• Core Java
• Spring Boot
• MySql
• Docker
Core languages and knowledge:
• A solid understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous
delivery both in principle and in practice.
• Ability to create unit tests and integration tests and integrate with continuous integration
and code coverage tools to ensure high code coverage.
• Show work responsibility, excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured,
fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical
thinking, and solid communication skills.
• At least 2 years’ experience / at least 1 year with non-stop experience in
Java/Springboot/Spring
Nice to Have Skills:
• AWS Cloud Services / Microservices
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc.)
• SHIP-HATS - the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery component within SG
Government Tech Stack (SGTS)

• Any DMMN Tool
