Sales Associate

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and helping drive sales performance. You will also provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist customers with product selection and provide in-depth product knowledge
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Monitor inventory levels, manage restocking, and ensure proper merchandising
• Apply effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Support store leadership with daily operational tasks
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist in executing promotions, live selling, and social media marketing
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
• Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to management
• Serve as a role model and mentor to junior sales staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer tools
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Experience with live or online selling is a strong advantage

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work at other branches or locations when necessary
