Ø Provide leadership direction to production personnel on a daily basis.
Ø Estimate, monitor, and control production costs in compliance to standards.
ØConsistently enforce ISO approved process flow and procedures and standards to maximize production performance and minimize quality complaint.
Ø Ensure production personnel are well-trained and committed to meeting Food Safety, Hygiene & Sanitation/GMP, HACCP, Quality and Production requirements.
