JOB SUMMARY : A Cashier plays a vital role in the company, as they are responsible for processing daily transactions with the customer with accuracy. They must have excellent customer service while handling different kinds of payment methods, which might be cash, credit card, e-wallet, etc. A cashier must be vigilant in her area, especially since it includes money, checks, and receipts. They must maintain a clean and organized check-out area.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Greet customers upon entering the shop.
2. Accommodate the customer’s concern with professionalism.
3. Ensures smooth transactions with customers.
4. Handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
5. Follow up on the discounted bills for the customers.
6. Prepare/gather charge invoice documents.
7. Follow up on unpaid bills.
8. Must be knowledgeable about distinguishing fake bills.
9. Prepare and count the cash on hand.
10. Keeping records of transactions and receipts.
11. Informing customers about promotions or special offers.
12. Must be vigilant in accepting payments to prevent counterfeit money.
13. Must be willing to learn about product knowledge.
14. Must be willing to learn SAP processes.
15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time by Management or an Immediate Superior.
16. Observes the cleanliness of the shop.


QUALIFICATIONS :
 At least college level
 Preferably with experience


SKILLS NEEDED :
1. Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
2. Has communication skills
