Duties and responsibilities

 Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

 Motivate the store crew to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

 Train and oversee new staff.

 Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

 Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

 Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

 Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

 Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

 Monitor inventory.

Job Skills and Qualifications

 Minimum 2 years in College (if undergraduate). Preferably, Graduate of any 4-year Business Course or equivalent.

 At least 1 year working experience.

 Work Experience in retail industry is a plus.

 Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

 Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Must be analytical and critical thinkers

 Must have entrepreneurial skills

 Ability to manage people.

 Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.

 Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
