SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist's primary function is to improve the company's organic search rankings by developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, content creation, and website optimization, to drive increased website traffic and enhance overall online visibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information and Communications Technology or any related degrees
- Experience as an SEO Specialist/Analyst is a plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and demonstrates sound work ethics
- Works with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Monitor website performance (keywords ranking on google search, website authority, page speed, traffic sources, etc.)
- Review, analyze, and address website errors using different tools like screaming frog, ubersuggest, bing webmaster tool, and ahrefs to improve website page speed, organic search visibility, and overall website performance
- Perform thorough research for new blog content ideas, schedule and or post new articles on the company’s website blog page, and implement voice search optimization strategies
- Strategize and execute link building strategies, and paid campaigns (google ads and microsoft ads) when needed
Identify guest posting opportunities and submit guest posting proposals
- Submit, take part, and engage to social bookmarking sites to drive website traffic
- Ask and answer questions to QA sites while maximizing the platform’s spaces and other features to drive website traffic.
- Perform website analytics using various analytical tools including Google analytics.
- Conduct competitor tracking for competitor's activities and website performance.
- Prepare reports (website updates, paid campaigns performance).
- Coordinate with other teams for content writing, design, and development.
- Recommend and implement digital marketing changes based on data analytics
- Perform other research tasks as assigned by the management

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Day Shift)
- Fixed weekends off
