JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an investigator to do a web-based search. You will search, collect evidence, and apply
various investigative methods. You will also prepare detailed step-by-step reports proving your findings.
The successful candidate will learn to employ modern investigative techniques. Above all, the successful
candidate must have excellent logic, research skills, a strong sense of what constitutes evidence and
proof, and the persistence to hunt for leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Investigate Amazon rogue sellers using state-of-the-art digital investigative methodologies and
research tools
● Create step-by-step reports with screenshots showing exactly how we arrived at our conclusions
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Excellent analytical skills and logical reasoning
● Ability to observe minute details, sift evidence, and create detailed reports
● Proficient in detecting and interpreting clues– an ability to “connect the dots”
● Excellent Google search abilities
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Willing to work on-site at night shift schedules

Rank and File positions:
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Must be a team player
- If with experience, must not be a hopper (with less than a year tenure per employment)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- If the candidate is an undergraduate, they must have solid work experience for at least 2 years
- Willing to work on-site at night shift schedule
- Willing to work on weekends and during PH Holidays
- Willing to commit to work and stay with us for 2-3 years

Managerial/Supervisory level positions:
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With at least 2 years of straight experience aligned to a managerial position
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
