Operations Manager

Job description:
- Oversee operations department (operations team).
- Generate operation reports (provide and consolidate) to management.
* field service performance (SLA)
* field personnel performance -provide operations strategies
- Business continuity enhancement and development.
- Perform field operations audit (random) for validation.
- Collaborate with HR and Recruitment department for all areas of improvement as
future advantage of the operations team.
- Perform other strategic plans for operations (SWOT).
- Creating, updating and alignment of operations process, modules, reference etc.
- Attend to client meetings for operational concern.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Human Resources, or any related field is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Operations Manager experience is required.
- Confident and with strong leadership skills.
- Can handle and lead a team with confidence.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Can work Monday to Friday.
- Can start immediately once hired.
- Background in Manpower Company (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) is highly recommended.

- NBI, Barangay Clearances
- Birth Certificate, College Diploma and TOR
- Certificate of Employment (from previous job)
- Mandatory Benefits: SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and TIN
- Medical: 5 Basic and Drug test (once hired)
