JOB PURPOSE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drives vehicle for official travel and business.
2. Plans multiple trips route with most efficient, timely, and safe way.
3. Maintains high standard of service both internal and external guests.
4. Ensures punctuality and safe transport.
5. Observes road and traffic laws and regulations.
6. Ensures that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
7. Ensures vehicle security, keeps it clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times.
8. Performs regular day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
9. Ensures vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturers specifications.
10. Records official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc.
11. Performs other duties that may assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

General Specification
Education : College undergraduate (any course)

Specialized Skills: Excellent driving skills with valid driver’s license.

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as driver with good driving record

Knowledge: Understanding of transportation law, good traffic judgment, good knowledge about car mechanics, Knowledge on different driving routes in and out of Metro Manila

Soft Skills: Well-organized and systematic
Careful, accountable, responsible, and punctual
Team player – personable, caring, helpful, reliable
Honest and approachable

Technical Skills: Good personal grooming and personal presentation.
Excellent driving skills
Knowledge on vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Attitude: Willing to work long hours, public holidays as required. Willing to take regular and extensive travel. Flexible, effective team work and interpersonal skills
