Immediate Hiring Customer Service Representative/ Non-Voice for Local account

Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls from customers
Resolving inquiries and requests from customers
Ensuring timely and appropriate handling of customer requests
Using client-specific tools and applications for customer management
Delivering top-notch service with confidence and knowledge in a friendly manner

Qualifications:
- At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | No CCE Required
- With Accounting backgound / exp at least 6 months
- Passionate individuals and can communicate well with customer inquiries
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to start immediately
