Job Description:

Assist in the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies for manufacturing equipment and facilities at Landlite Philippines Corporation, a prominent provider in the Industrial Supplies & Services industry.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Liaise with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
Keep up-to-date records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for senior management.

Job Qualifications:


Educational Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a field related to the job
Experience Level: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance within a technical environment
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, knowledge of industry-standard equipment, proficiency in software relevant to the role
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and develop operational strategies
Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in a variety of environments, which may include office settings and on-site locations; availability for emergency response or on call shifts
Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic
