JOB MISSION:
The Compliance Officer ensures the Company in ensuring Accuracy, Completeness and
Timeliness (ACT) in all BIR returns. She is responsible in making sure that the Company is
compliant to all requirements set by Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). She is also responsible in
safekeeping/storage of all BIR related documents and submission of complete documents
required by a BIR LOA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Audit of all BIR returns
2. BIR related transactions
➢ Checking/validation of BIR returns before filing
➢ Monitoring of compliance (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Returns
• Inventory List
• E-Sales
• Alphalist
• SLSP
• SAWT
• Other documents as may be required by BIR
➢ Preparation of documents needed for LOA
➢ Tax analysis
➢ Checking & deployment of new BIR regulations
➢ Collaboration with ACM in Design and Implementation of accounting process to
ensure compliance to current and new BIR regulations. This includes on-site
validation and active follow through on processes related to BIR compliance.
