1)Ensure that administrative functions are done. (e.g. Travel Order, Request for Payment and Update of Schedule).
2)Ensure that Operation supports are done. (e.g. Follow-up clients, requests for operations materials and consumables).
3)Prepare and/or edit technical documents/drawings needed for the projects.
4)Ensure that safety regulations and policies are adhered.
5)Follows organization's guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
6)Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
7)Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
