- Responsible for the quality inspections of all installation of the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) to the end users.
- Maintenance and repair of all Subscribers Line Installation base on the standard set forth by the FiberBlaze Group.
- Monitoring of all vehicles use by the in-house teams. Reporting all its status to the Admin Head.
- Monitoring of all installation done by the contractor and its quality base on the standard set forth by the FiberBlaze Group.
- Responsible for the disconnection and pull-out modems of all permanently disconnected accounts.
- Graduate of any 4 year Engineering or IT related course
- Atleast 2 years supervisory experience in Cable and Broadband industry
- Has a strong verbal and written skills
- Can work under pressure
