The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance organizational growth and profitability.
- Identify and execute legal tax-saving strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Analyze and improve pricing and commission structures to maximize revenue and incentivize performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement across various business units.
- Establish and manage budgeting processes for each department to ensure financial accountability and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide regular reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a startup company.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Track record of implementing successful financial strategies that lead to organizational growth and profitability.
