Job Summary:
  • Checks referral forms per clients’ accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy of the billing and conducts reconciliation of outstanding balance
  • Prepares statement of accounts per client.
Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of B.S. in Accountancy, Financial & Management Accounting or any 4-year Business Course.
  • With experience in handling receivable transactions is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiar with billing procedures, basic account classification, and journal entries.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Drive Applications, and Quickbooks.
  • Meticulous and keen on details.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to have Saturday duties.
  • Can start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
