Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings and detailed interviews via phone calls and video conferencing.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Evaluate applicants’ skills, experience, and overall fit for the position.
- Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application status.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the next steps.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
- Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews via phone and video conferencing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Experience in a similar industry or field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
