Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate with at least one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. This role involves conducting interviews via phone calls and video conferencing, as well as sending follow-up emails to applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Interviewing:
    • Conduct initial screenings and detailed interviews via phone calls and video conferencing.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Evaluate applicants’ skills, experience, and overall fit for the position.

  • Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application status.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the next steps.

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

  • Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
    • Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews via phone and video conferencing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good command of the English language with a neutral accent.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar industry or field.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
