Sales:
  • Tasks to arrange and ensure availability of all marketing collateral as part of Sales Support.
  • Coordinates with the logistics regarding the production and distribution of marketing collaterals to meet their designated due dates.
  • Assists in promotional activities
  • Acts as sales coordinator when needed. 

Marketing Support:
  • Monitors competitive activity and pricing
  • Maintains archive of marketing materials
  • Prepares and executes online  marketing campaigns
  • Provides assistance in terms of planning and logistics to CSR events.
  • Handles social media accounts and website management.
  • Serves as a liaison between the company and print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
  • Monitors and Maintains inventory of promotional materials and samples.
  • Prepares and monitors project tracking for calendar and planners.
  • Maintains the following files: Collateral Supplier File, Reports & Collaterals, Approved designs and design studies.
  • Designs, edits, and integrates digital content, graphics, animation, photography, illustrations, and other multimedia visualization and imaging products.
  • Designs and develops content style and layout.
  • Creates presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.
  • Creates proofs, prototypes, mock-ups, and other visual aides.
  • Provides support for various projects related to the multimedia technologies development
  • Complies with accessibility standards, contractual obligations, confidentiality and privacy policies, and style and standard guidelines.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT: 
  • Observes and consistently commits to abide all company policies, procedures and employee code of discipline.
  • Submits itinerary, travel expense reimbursement, activity plans, liquidations and other reportorial requirements within the prescribed period of compliance.
  • Submits departmental reports to immediate supervisors. 
 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree Course, preferably  related to multimedia and technologies such as Computer Science, Multimedia Technology, Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media and Visual Arts.
 
Minimum Job-Related Experience:
At least four (4) years’ experience on related field

Other Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Competencies:
Experience with digital media production including: audio, video, and graphic elements for social media, websites, and print media · Experience in planning, implementing and shooting basic video, and produce basic programs as assigned · Experience in setting up audio and compose lighting to competent standards· Demonstrated working knowledge with video/audio production equipment (cameras, mixers, etc.); digitizing; video/audio post-processing and media conversion · Evidence of writing with editorial experience · Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns · Demonstrated knowledge of design principles (form, color, composition, etc.)·  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator)· Experience working independently with minimal oversight · Experience working with ambiguity and change in work environment
