The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Executive is skilled in negotiation, communication, and closing deals, and is dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales targets. With a keen understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape, the Sales Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and fostering long-term client partnerships. 

We are seeking dynamic and motivated sales representatives to join our team for a US-based campaign. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in handling phone sales for US campaigns. As an Inside sales representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our financial services and loan products to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.
  • Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.
  • Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a US campaign or handling US clients.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
  • Technology: Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Availability: Willingness to work US hours (night shift in the Philippines).
