We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven SEO Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search rankings, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a strategic mindset to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Define SEO KPIs and regularly monitor, measure, and report on SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital platforms.
Technical SEO Optimization:
  • Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
  • Optimize website structure, URL architecture, and internal linking to enhance user experience and search engine accessibility.
  • Implement schema markup, structured data, and mobile-first indexing strategies.
Content & On-Page SEO:
  • Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-optimized content strategies that align with keyword opportunities and user intent.
  • Perform keyword research and mapping to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, alt texts, and overall on-page elements to improve relevancy and click-through rates.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO:
  • Develop and execute a strategic link-building plan to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Identify authoritative industry websites, directories, and influencers for backlink acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, identifying and disavowing toxic links when necessary.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy development.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Familiarity with paid search and how SEO integrates with PPC campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot SEO are a plus.
