A.  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receives documents from Hospitals and Clinics of their respective messengers and representatives
  • Scans, stamps, sorts and verifies consistency of data, per individual page of In-Patient and Out-Patient Billing – Statement of Accounts (SOA) from Hospitals and Clinics, per patient name, per transmittal.
  • Monitors and responds accordingly to all important email business concerns, regularly.
  • Encodes received SOAs daily, from Hospitals, Clinics and Doctors.
  • Confirm individual patient’s  Annual/ Maximum benefits, diagnosis and details of membership.
  • If and When necessary, request IRs (Incident Reports) to various Hospitals and Clinics, concerning or in relations to claims confirmation/ verification with the processing of claims.
 B. Qualifications:
  • Education Required: Graduate of any medical allied course
  • Experience Required: With knowledge on medical terminologies
