The project Manager/Product Owner is responsible for managing and aligning technical and non-technical leaders to define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies within the organization.

Our team practices test-driven development, continuous integration, and API documentation. We embrace open-source technologies and foster an environment where developers are encouraged to contribute and innovate, pushing the boundaries of web technologies to create stable solutions for unique challenges.

Your core responsibilities include:
  • Collaborates with the team to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Develops and manages processes (technical and business) to ensure efficient plans that meet business requirements.
  • Establishes project success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance).
  • Guides overall software development efforts and provides structural guidance.
  • Works with senior management to create product and project management plans.
  • Makes creative recommendations to expand product vision and base.
  • Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinates internal and external resources to keep projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Applies project management knowledge, tools, and skills effectively.
  • Promotes team empowerment through organizing workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborates with technical teams to define hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze data for feature decisions (owner of product backlog).
  • Uses agile product management software to organize product roadmaps into epics, stories, and sprint plans.
  • Drives product strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities (defines product goals).
  • Conducts business analysis to interpret market changes and guide product direction.
  • Leads ideation, design, and planning of the product; monitors and reports on product KPIs.
  • Manages product backlog and feature prioritization effectively.
  • Executes product development activities and supports sprint objectives.
  • Specifies and communicates requirements for current and future products.
  • Monitors feature outcomes and iterates as necessary.
  • Possesses a versatile understanding of technology, digital products, and services (front-end and back-end functionalities and vendors).

Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, and/or other related fields.
  • At least 3 to 5 years (s) of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Ensure performance and quality of applications.
  • Excellent English communication (both written and oral) with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
