Role Overview

As a Financial Consultant, you will be at the forefront of shaping the financial future of clients.

• Build lasting relationships and trust.

• Identify financial needs and goals.

• Offer customized solutions in insurance, investments, retirement, and wealth protection.

• Drive sales performance and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.

• Financial Planning – Assess client situations and design tailored strategies.

• Insurance & Investment Solutions – Recommend AXA’s life, health, savings, and investment products.

• Sales Development – Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions and bonuses.

• Ongoing Support – Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics preferred).

• Proven experience in sales, financial advising, or related fields is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

• Willingness to obtain and maintain Insurance Commission licenses.
