Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain all machines in good condition.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all motors.
- Document and maintain records of the machines and motors.
- Handle repair work orders and carry them out.
- Ensure proper lighting in general areas.
- Provide daily reports to the Chief Engineer.
- Attend meetings as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
- Inform the Chief Engineer of all occurrences in the department.
- Engage in continuous learning through your own Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
- Represent Dusit's brand and its values at all times, establishing relationships and delivering an exceptional guest experience while promoting Thai graciousness.
- Communicate and fully embrace the Company's culture (our Vision, our Mission, and our Values), lead by example, and cascade to all your subordinates. – "Proud to belong and to contribute."
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and databases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer, and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
- Technical College.
- Minimum 6 years of direct experience in kitchen engineering in the hotel industry.
- Able to communicate basic English.
