Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and market expansion.
    • Ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain and distribution of pharmaceutical products across all channels.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to align business operations with the company's strategic goals.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve business processes.
  2. Principal & Supplier Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical principals and suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of products.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and service level expectations.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical distribution.
  3. B2B & Hospital Channel Management
    • Lead and oversee distribution operations for B2B retail channels, pharmacies, and hospitals.
    • Strengthen partnerships with healthcare institutions, ensuring efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products.
    • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks to increase market share.
  4. Financial & P&L Management
    • Oversee P&L responsibilities, optimizing cost structures while maintaining service quality.
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.
    • Implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  5. Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Implement succession planning and leadership development programs.

The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Strong background in managing principals, suppliers, B2B retail channels, and hospitals.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in P&L management, business strategy, and operational execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
