Odoo Functional Consultant

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for optimizing their use of the Odoo ERP system
  2. Conduct gap analysis and create functional design documents to outline the customization and configuration required to meet client needs
  3. Configure and customize the Odoo system to meet client requirements, including creating new modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  4. Train and support end-users in the effective use of the Odoo system
  5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  6. Keep up-to-date with new Odoo features and functionality, and make recommendations for how they can be used to improve client processes
  7. Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration of customizations and third-party applications with the Odoo system
  8. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activities
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for the Odoo system, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system
  3. Strong understanding of business processes and experience in providing strategic guidance to clients
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  5. Proven experience in configuring and customizing the Odoo system, including creating new modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  6. Knowledge of Python and experience with web development is a plus
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  9. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
