  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor' s/College Degree in ANY course
  • We accept fresh graduates but for some roles, admin / clerical / data encoding experience of at least six months is required
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (particularly good with the use of MS Excel)
  • Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash (for payroll processing)
  • Must be immediately available for employment
  • Available to work in Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Routing, photocopying and filing of documents
  • Attending to phone calls and coordinating the message to concerned individuals
  • Consolidating data and preparing reports
  • Various admin tasks that the unit may require
