Clearance & Settlement Senior Analyst (12am to 9am shift) – The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

Responsibilities- Completes operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides; suggests improvements to processes and efficiency. Handles specialized workflows, resolves exceptions, and assists with complex inquiries.
- Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables meet procedures, metrics, and benchmarks within critical timeframes; manages competing priorities.
- Builds knowledge of department controls; integrates risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, raising issues appropriately.
- Maintains a strong client service focus, responds to inquiries timely and accurately, and resolves issues promptly.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate issue resolution and preoperational risk reduction.
- Demonstrates effective communication, participates actively in meetings, and applies feedback to the role.
- Facilitates training sessions for junior team members as directed by management.
- Participates in projects and initiatives.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises issues appropriately.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Collaborates well within and across teams
- Communicates openly with team members and others
- Works with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy
- Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work
- Able to work US hours (12am to 9am Manila time)
