The Business Analyst (Internal) is responsible for generating accurate and timely business intelligence reports, monitoring corporate and divisional KPIs, and leading internal analytics initiatives to support data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for

designing and maintaining business performance dashboards in support of the corporate KPIs, handling IT-related reporting tasks, and ensuring the integrity and security of data at all times.

Responsibilities

A. Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting:

• Lead the internal business analytics initiatives, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across departments to support strategic goals and objectives.
• Design, implement, and maintain business performance dashboards for all CPBD reports, ensuring accessibility and clarity for stakeholders adhering to governance policy.
• Serve as the primary contact for IT-related reporting tasks, including data extraction, report enhancement, and troubleshooting.

B. Management Reporting and Visualization:

• Provides lead support to the Head of Business Intelligence in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive management reports for the President and CEO, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Primarily responsible for preparing the monthly President's Report, and Corporate KPIs monthly report for review and approval of the Head of CPBD.
• Overseeing the creation, consolidation, and delivery of related management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at all times.
• Develop database, gather inputs, maintain and monitor database, and generate timely reports on the corporate and divisional KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives in close collaboration with the Corporate Planning managers.
• Generate and analyze business intelligence systems utilization reports to track resource efficiency and identify areas for improvement. (Tableau visualization tools and other online dashboard systems)
• Handle internal ad hoc reporting requests, delivering customized insights to address specific business needs.

C. Data Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations through effective data governance process and adherence to data governance policy.
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align reporting outputs with organizational goals and requirements including understanding reporting requirements, enhancing data analytics processes, and ensuring alignment to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Management,
• Economics or any related course;
• Preferably with a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Data Science
• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, market research, or related field is essential. This may include roles such as data steward, market researcher, financial or business analyst.
• At least 2 years managerial work experience in related field preferably experienced in dealing with senior management.
• An effective project manager with a proven track record in handling data analytics or market research projects
