- Experience handling contract renewals, customer retention, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with business clients and revenue targets
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- SaaS experience is NOT required
