Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join our Digital and Operations Solutions Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Business Solutions Analyst is a member of the Solutions Support Team that monitors and responds to end-users' reported system issues and incidents.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, systems analysis and design, systems documentation, M365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) CRM/ERP system.

Your role and responsibilities:
  1. I. Support in System Implementation to new dealers for Finance & Accounting and HR workstreams.
    1. Setting up the new dealer configuration
    2. Conducting end-user training
    3. Ensuring dealer's compliance to data migration requirements
    4. Providing support during live start & system issues resolution
  2. II. Project Enhancement Main PIC
    1. Improvement design in coordination with stakeholders (TMP, Dealers and/or Vendors)
    2. Testing, Training (if necessary) and Supporting system implementation
    3. Documents preparation (FSD, test scripts, etc.)
    4. Resolving issues within target resolution period
  3. III. Reports
    1. Ticket trends analyzation (Identifying root cause & proposing countermeasure)
    2. Helpdesk reports and KPIs
Our perfect match:
  1. You have background in project management & systems analysis.
  2. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.
  3. You have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Accounting Information System.
  4. You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
  5. You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
  6. You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  7. You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
  8. You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
Skills required:
  1. Excellent English written and verbal communication.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint knowledge.
  3. Microsoft 365 system and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge.
  4. Any CRM (e.g. SAP C4C/CRM, Salesforce) and ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite)
  5. Preferably with experience in SAP FICO Configuration and Implementation
  6. Preferably with experience in automotive dealer operations
