Your Role:

• Support the Agribusiness Business Unit, specifically the MerchantAg Implementation Team.

• Liaise with a North American-based Project Manager, focusing on the configuration and data setup of the MerchantAg solution.

• Understand ERP implementations, particularly the Ever.Ag's MerchantAg application.

• Leverage systems and tools to track implementation tasks.

• Coordinate activities with North American-based project managers related to project configuration and data setup deliverables.

• If necessary, support customer training and end-user support during and after the implementation process until appropriate hand-off to the customer support team.

• Test and troubleshoot final system setups.

• Assist in providing inputs to project management deliverables: project plans, schedules, issues tracking, requirements, functional gaps, assumptions, risks, and changes.

• Help to identify changes in project scope.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Assist in maintaining training documents.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• Previous experience with implementation of packaged enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, particularly with configuration and data setup activities.

• Should have experience/familiarity with key ERP concepts (e.g., financial modules like A/R, A/P, GL).

• Strong preference for those with specific education and/or experience with implementing ERP systems in food processing and/or related manufacturing technologies.

• Previous demonstrable experience with developing SQL scripts and/or stored procedures within the Microsoft SQL Server environment.

• Previous experience with data transformation and/or data migration tools.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• This role will communicate with clients and internal stakeholders each day, demanding a professional and friendly demeanor on the phone or in email.
