About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist to join the team at Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing communications strategy through compelling visual and digital content. Your work will be essential in building our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth across all marketing channels. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creative expertise whilst contributing directly to the success of a dynamic esthetic and hair care center.
What you'll be doing
- Develop, design, and produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media for digital and print platforms
- Create and manage visual assets for social media campaigns, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns
- Edit and produce video content, including promotional videos, testimonials, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all multimedia materials and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage multimedia projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices to maximize engagement and reach
- Stay updated with the latest multimedia trends, software, and industry best practices
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Specialist or similar role in marketing communications or creative services
- Proficiency in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video production, and digital content creation
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout composition
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics production
- Proficiency in social media content creation and knowledge of platform-specific requirements and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst maintaining independent project management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
- Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
