Contract Request is part of the post renewal activities in the policy life cycle and involves ensuring that all necessary information is clearly outlined to facilitate the drafting and approval process. The associate/analyst is expected to review the contract and match it with the client requirements. This team is also responsible for uploading the received documents in the document management system and will act as support to the Contract Review process.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
  • Analytical skills, keen to details and fast learner.
  • MS Office – MS Outlook, MS Excel (basic).
  • Basic knowledge about document management (shared drive).
