Key Responsibilities:

  • Display Design & Creation:

    • Develop and implement visually attractive product displays that align with the brand's image and marketing strategies.

    • Ensure window displays, in-store product placement, and shelving are organized and appealing.

    • Incorporate seasonal themes, promotions, and marketing materials into the display setups.

  • Product Placement:

    • Strategically place products in key areas to drive customer interest and increase sales.

    • Use knowledge of consumer behavior and store traffic flow to maximize visibility of high-demand or new items.

  • Visual Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive visual merchandising strategy based on the brand's objectives.

    • Adapt designs and displays based on trends, seasons, and promotional events.

  • Inventory Management:

    • Work closely with inventory teams to ensure that displays are stocked and maintained.

    • Monitor inventory levels for display items and reorder or adjust displays as necessary.

  • Store Layout & Maintenance:

    • Regularly assess and improve the layout of the store to ensure it supports effective merchandising.

    • Keep the sales floor tidy and ensure displays are always neat, aligned, and appealing.

  • Customer Experience:

    • Enhance the customer shopping experience by creating a visually stimulating and organized environment.

    • Pay attention to details such as lighting, colors, signage, and props to create a cohesive store atmosphere.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Monitor sales and customer responses to different displays and promotions.

    • Provide feedback to management about the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.
