Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or comparable discipline; or combination of post-secondary education and experience (required)

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office related products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • 1+ year of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (preferred)

  • Healthcare experience (preferred)

Work Set up:

  • Hybrid setup 3x a week onsite in Taguig City

  • Shifting schedule

Job Description:

  • Examines historical and projected financial data to provide valuable data upon which to make relevant financial decisions.

  • Performs a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Must have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

  • Assists in imports or exports of data.

  • Performs periodic audits of data sources.

  • Maintains current knowledge of healthcare trends and operations.

  • Assists other teams and participates in assigned projects as a financial support resource.

  • Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports.

  • Tracks KPIs and prepares financial reports.

  • Assists with budgeting and monthly close processes.

  • Understands key business drivers.

  • Assists clients with financial guidance.

  • Develops financial projections and builds financial models.

  • Performs research and analysis as required.

  • Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and other regulations.

  • Develops strategic business plans, converting raw financial data to information for operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.

  • Develops and generates, using established guidelines and definitions, routine and complex ad hoc reports in a user-understandable format.

  • Leads a variety of financial analysis projects, including preparation and presentation of complex analyses and reports.

  • Participates in and/or leads project teams or individual efforts to evaluate/support decision making/implementation of various strategic initiatives; conducts research and prepares findings for reviews and analyses.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of core budgeting informational systems, with emphasis on ad hoc reporting; demonstrates active knowledge of core financial systems and associated processes.

  • Demonstrates active knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the execution of accounting functions and tasks.

  • Performs a support role in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and monthly operational reporting (MOR), interacting with operational staff and finance directors by providing data and analysis as needed.

  • Develops and conducts training for users and other team members; develops written training documentation and departmental procedures; recommends and assists with process improvements.

  • Provides backup to other Senior Analysts and Analysts on the Budget team, and where appropriate, in the Financial Reporting/Accounting/Budgeting teams.
