We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Reference Data Management Analyst 2 – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Analyst 2 – C10) based in BGC Taguig, Philippines. This is an analyst position within the MAC Documentation Operations Unit. Ensuring that assigned day-to-day activities for the processing of trading legal agreements are completed in a timely manner with a primary focus on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes document review, data entry, exception reporting along with document scanning and document warehousing for various legal documents, including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements and Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) Agreements.

In this role, you're expected to:

  • Day-to-day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels.
  • Act as backup for manager.
  • Provide direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, making recommendations and identifying training requirements.
  • Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience with similar data management tasks in a large office setting.
  • Eye for detail and ability to process data quickly without errors.
  • Strong analytical skills to isolate root causes by looking at available data.
  • Ability to read and comprehend a variety of documentation.
  • Ability to manage control practices demonstrating a risk-based approach.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to interact with Legal and Credit teams.
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be involved in all aspects of a task.
  • Exhibit good attention to detail while focused on delivery.
  • Ability to work on several initiatives concurrently and cope with changes in priorities.
