Job Title: E-commerce Graphic Artist/Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented E-commerce Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create visually appealing graphics for our e-commerce platform and social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and attractive online presence. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance our brand's visual identity and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and produce high-quality graphics for product listings, social media posts (including TikTok), email marketing, and website banners.
  2. Create engaging visuals tailored for TikTok and other social media platforms to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaigns and promotions.
  4. Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.
  5. Optimize images for web and mobile platforms to enhance load times and user experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and graphic design.
  7. Provide support in creating promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Assist in photography and image editing as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies or companies that serve well-known local beauty brands in the Philippines is preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Producing high-quality live backgrounds for live broadcast rooms needs to be consistent with the brand tone.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and web design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
