The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the physical facilities and equipment of the stores are well-maintained and in good working condition. He/She will assist in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of the store nationwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Assist in routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of the store's facilities and equipment. This includes tasks such as plumbing work, electrical repairs, painting, flooring repair, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular tests and inspections of equipment/machines and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition. This includes diagnosing malfunctions, identifying potential safety hazards, and addressing even minor issues that could impact the safety or functionality of the retail store's facilities and equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Enhance and implement maintenance procedures to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure the longevity of facilities such as HVAC systems, generator units, and other systems.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and vendors. Effective communication and collaboration skills are important for coordinating maintenance activities, reporting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Graduate of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Facilities Maintenance/Repair.
  • Experience in retail or fast food industry is required.
  • Must be able to read and interpret building plans.
  • Knowledge of panel board installation and basic carpentry.
  • Required Skill(s): Detail-oriented, Organizational and Time-Management Skills.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
