The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end learning and development process of the organization. This includes facilitating training programs, monitoring training requirements, and partnering with various departments to address employee development needs. The role also involves generating reports and recommending process improvements to support continuous learning.
Responsibilities:- Design and update training materials to ensure relevance and alignment with business goals and adult learning principles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance reviews.
- Coordinate with external training providers or vendors for specialized programs when needed.
- Manage training documentation and records to ensure compliance with audit or regulatory standards.
- Support onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and expectations.
- Oversee the company's learning and development programs for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Facilitate and organize training sessions on work values, skills enhancement, and role-specific learning.
- Monitor training compliance and progress, ensuring all required trainings are completed and documented.
- Assist in employee engagement or development programs, including career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
- Create and maintain a training calendar and ensure timely communication of training schedules to all stakeholders.
- Support leadership development programs and initiatives for high-potential employees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in training and development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or HR-related roles.
- Strong customer service mindset and a solution-oriented approach to addressing training needs.
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience in using Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Willing to render overtime when necessary.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City (on-site).
