Overview

Staff4Me is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will harness your artistic skills to create visually stunning designs across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Your role will involve transforming ideas into engaging visuals that capture our brand's essence and communicate effectively with our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce visual content for marketing materials, social media platforms, websites, and print publications
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with brand strategy and messaging
  • Use graphic design software to develop and refine concepts, making necessary adjustments based on feedback
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and fresh ideas in all creative work
  • Assist in the creation of layouts and design templates for various marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and projects
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency in designs
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
