Description

• Conduct thorough inspections of welding processes and completed weldments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and acceptance testing protocols.
• Document findings and generate detailed reports on inspection results.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to address quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of welding technologies and standards.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in welding inspection or quality control
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of acceptance testing and quality control methods
• Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with quality management systems and integration testing procedures
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments including manufacturing plants and construction sites
• OIL AND GAS experience is a MUST
