Overview
We are hiring for a Head of Infrastructure for a client located in Ortigas Pasig City. This is a hybrid work arrangement with a regular Mon to Fri schedule. Salary up to 300K package based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability to support our growing business needs in the dynamic online gambling landscape.
- Lead and mentor IT teams to deliver reliable infrastructure services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master\'s degree a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating IT teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in big data technologies and their application within financial auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and data encryption.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Work Setup
- Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
- Morning Shift: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm
