Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate financial recording, insightful analysis, and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making. You'll manage day-to-day financial tasks including maintaining records in QuickBooks, preparing financial statements, overseeing payroll, conducting reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  3. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
  4. Manage payroll processing, payables, and supplier payments
  5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  6. Review expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  7. Support internal controls and audit processes

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)
  2. Proven experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and using QuickBooks
  3. Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and internal controls
  4. Skilled in data analysis and providing actionable financial insights
  5. Experience in payroll management, tax compliance, and audit coordination
  6. Meticulous, deadline-driven, and highly organized
  7. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  8. Proactive mindset with a focus on financial efficiency and cost control
  9. Must be available to work onsite and start immediately
