The Cadet Engineer Development Program (CEDP) is a program aimed at developing driven, motivated and young engineers in the cement industry. This is a pioneer development program that is now putting together its 15th Batch and has produced managers in the various areas of our operations.

We are in need of a Cadet Mechanical Engineer who is willing to work in our plant located in Iligan, Mindanao.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates or engineers with a maximum of 2 years of work experience
  • Must be a licensed engineer
  • Active in extra-curricular activities & has held a leadership position at their University
  • Must be in the top 20% of their graduating class
  • Open to work and thrive in a plant environment
